Thanks at LSU Spring Game

On Saturday, April 5, 2008, Capital Area United Way (CAUW) hosted a tailgating tent at the LSU Spring Game and gave away pom poms, football fans and mini footballs to all visitors. Former LSU players Ali Highsmith and Early Doucet visited this tailgating tent and signed CAUW mini footballs for visitors. LSU is a huge supporter of CAUW and this tailgating tent was a way of saying thanks to LSU for its continued support.
During halftime of this Spring Game, CAUW was presented a $258,466.64 check as a result of LSU’s 2007 workplace giving campaign.
