Jamie Johnell Roddy is the daughter of James and Paula
Roddy. She won the National All-American Miss queens title at the
National American Miss Pageant on Sunday, November 29, at the Hyatt
Orange County Hotel in Anaheim, California. The National American Miss
pageant system is comprised of six age divisions: Princess (4-6), Junior
Preteen (7-9), Preteen (10-12), Junior Teen (13-15), Teen (16-18) and
Miss (19-20).
Jamie competed the week of Thanksgiving against Miss division
contestants from across the country in interview, personal introduction
and formal wear presentation. In addition to the queens title, she won
the National Actress competition, placed 1st runner-up in Most Spirit,
2nd runner-up in the Top Model Fashion Shoot, 2nd runner-up in Most
Promising Model, and 4th runner-up in Spokesmodel. She received the
queen's prize package of trophies, crowns, banners and sponsorship
awards. She is 20 years old and a junior in college. Additional pageant
